N Squared Transportation Services Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
2. Rental Period: The rental period is defined at the time of booking. Extensions may be granted subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Payment: Full payment, including security deposits, must be made before the rental period begins. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards.
4. Insurance: Basic insurance is included. Additional coverage options are available and must be purchased at the time of rental.
5. Vehicle Usage: Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only. Renters are responsible for any traffic violations or damages incurred during the rental period.
6. Fuel Policy: The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling charges may apply if not returned full.
7. Return Policy: Vehicles must be returned by the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional fees.
8. Maintenance and Damages: Renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition. Any damage or failure to return the vehicle in proper condition will result in additional charges.
9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
10. Liability: NSquared is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle or any damage caused by third parties.
11. Termination of Rental: NSquared reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if terms are violated.
